As of May 2023, the Zurich hotel has undergone a rebranding and is now operating as the Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich, managed by Cycas Hospitality, a leading white-label hotel operator in Europe.
Our hotel features a blend of 343 apartments and 104 hotel rooms, ideal for both long business stays and short city trips to Zurich. Conveniently located between the city center (15 minutes away) and Zurich International Airport (10 minutes away), our guests can enjoy an array of amenities including a fitness area, the Italian restaurant LUIGIA, an inner courtyard, two bars, and a rooftop terrace.
The Perfect Candidate
We are searching for individuals who possess:
- Preferred knowledge of Radisson, with familiarity in the Emma PMS system being an asset
- Enthusiasm and a true team-oriented mindset
- A strong service orientation
- A valid residence and work permit for Switzerland
- Proficiency in English and German
- A willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs with genuine appreciation.
- Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
- Handle all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Oversee guest check-outs, resolving any late or disputed charges effectively.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Provide guests with directions and information regarding the property and local attractions.
- Run daily reports (number of arrivals and departures), identify special requests, and ensure report accuracy.
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports accurately in the system, including balancing and dropping receipts according to accounting specifications.
- Organize all end-of-day tasks to facilitate the night audit process.
