Job Responsibilities
As a member of our team, your primary tasks will include:
- Providing guest assistance from check-in to check-out
- Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries
- Overseeing the hotel operations during the night shift
- Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel premises
- Conducting rounds in and around the hotel
- Performing end-of-day closing tasks in the hotel management system, Opera Cloud
- Managing general correspondence and administrative tasks in German, English, and Italian; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Handling reservations for individual guests
- Managing table reservations for the dining area
- Executing various cleaning tasks to maintain hotel standards
- Ensuring the well-being and comfort of our guests
- Preparing the breakfast buffet to delight our guests
