• Manage last-minute bookings and assist guests with their inquiries.
• Share important feedback, complaints, or remarks with your manager to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate cash register records.
• Act as a Mama ambassador by showcasing our offerings, including our shop, restaurant, and events.
• Utilize your creativity to write useful tips and local recommendations on mirrors throughout the hotel.
