The Mission
First impressions are crucial, and as the first person our guests encounter, you’ll set the tone for their stay. With your friendly nature and efficient demeanor, our guests will feel right at home.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring their stay runs smoothly at all times.
- Engaging in conversation in English or German, and additional languages if you’re fluent.
- Preparing for arrivals and managing check-ins & check-outs for both individual guests and groups.
- Handling last-minute bookings and responding to phone inquiries.
- Addressing guest requests with personalized hospitality.
- Sharing important guest feedback, complaints, or remarks with your manager to enhance the guest experience.
- Managing payments, maintaining the cash register, and ensuring all financial records are accurate.
- Acting as a Mama ambassador, showcasing our range of offerings, from our shop to our restaurant and events.
- Writing helpful tips and local recommendations on the mirrors of each floor and elevator with your best handwriting and creativity.
