The Mission

First impressions are crucial—and as our Receptionist, you will be the first person our guests meet. Rest assured, they will be in excellent hands with you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and ensuring their stay is seamless at any time of day.
• Conversing with guests in English or German, and any additional languages you may speak.
• Providing warm and personalized hospitality that reflects our brand.
• Preparing for arrivals and managing check-ins and check-outs for both individuals and groups.
• Handling last-minute bookings, answering calls, and responding to guest requests.
• Sharing important feedback, complaints, or remarks with your manager to improve guest experiences.
• Managing payments and maintaining an accurate cash register.
• Being a proud ambassador for our hotel, promoting our shop, restaurant, and events.
• Writing helpful tips and local recommendations on the mirrors of each floor and elevator with your creativity and impeccable handwriting.

As the guardian of the perfect guest experience, you play a vital role in ensuring our hotel remains a haven for all who visit.
