Position: Night Auditor 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility during the night for the entire hotel
- Check-in and check-out of national and international guests
- Ideally, experience with the Opera work system
- Conduct and control of daily and monthly closings
- Control and creation of daily credit card statements
- Taking care of and advising guests on-site and via phone
- General administrative tasks
- Conducting security rounds
Profile:
- Training as a hotel specialist or an equivalent degree in hospitality
- Professional experience as a receptionist or night auditor
- Independent and precise working style
- Motivated, resilient, and friendly demeanor
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
- The position is primarily performed independently
