Nanny Position - Arabic-Speaking, Montessori-Inspired
A warm, international family based in Zürich is seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to care for their baby boy. We believe that early childhood is a formative time, deserving of thoughtful, attentive, and education-led care. Proficiency in Arabic is a firm requirement, and any dialect is welcome.
What We Are Looking For
- Arabic Speaker: A hard requirement; we want our son to grow up with Arabic as a living, everyday language.
- Montessori-Aligned Approach: Experience with or genuine interest in Montessori principles, including child-led exploration, independence, and purposeful play.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Verifiable hands-on experience working with young children from infancy through their toddler years.
- Passion for Child Development: A genuine commitment to enhancing children's learning and growth.
- Curiosity: A willingness to read, learn, and share innovative ideas related to child development.
- Open Communication: The family values honest communication and a collaborative relationship. You should feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing observations proactively.
- Receptive to Feedback: Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as caregiving will be considered a partnership.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel with the family from time to time.
