Nanny and Experienced Housekeeper – Permanent Contract (65% to 80%)

BeeBoo is assisting a private family in their search for an experienced, gentle, and reliable nanny to care for their 11-month-old daughter.

The Position

This is a part-time permanent contract, scheduled from Monday to Thursday.

The family is currently awaiting confirmation of a daycare spot; two arrangements are being considered:

• With a daycare spot – approximately 27 hours/week (65%): The nanny will be responsible for picking up the child from daycare on Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:00 PM and will care for her until 5:30 PM. Tuesdays will involve full-day care, approximately from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. On Thursdays, the nanny will care for the child and provide light support at home when the mother is present.
• Without a daycare spot – approximately 32 hours/week (80%): Care will be organized from Monday to Thursday, approximately from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The final schedule will be confirmed as soon as the family receives a response from the daycare.

Your Role with the Family

Your priority will be the well-being and development of this little girl, which includes:

• Daily care and meal preparation
• Support during naps, walks, outings, games, and age-appropriate activities
• Maintaining a pleasant and organized environment around the child
• Providing light support in the house, depending on the days

Occasional babysitting may also be offered in addition to the usual schedule.

The Profile We Are Looking For

We seek a trustworthy nanny with excellent experience caring for babies and young children, coupled with housekeeping experience to ensure overall maintenance of the house.

The ideal candidate is gentle, attentive, and caring, while also being autonomous, organized, and proactive. Familiarity with Geneva is essential for organizing outings and activities with a young child.

Fluency in French, English, or Spanish is required, along with verifiable professional references from private families. Flexibility for occasional babysitting will be particularly appreciated.
