Job Opportunity: English-Speaking Nanny/Personal Assistant

A professional family is seeking an experienced English-speaking Nanny/Personal Assistant to join their household. This full-time position (42 hours per week) involves supporting a busy family with two children (a 7-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl). A confident driver is essential for this role.

About the Role

During the day, when the children are at school, the Nanny/PA will focus on various Personal Assistant activities. Additionally, the candidate may accompany the family on select holidays.

Responsibilities

• PA Duties (60%):
  • Running errands
  • Admin tasks
  • Shopping
  • Travel arrangements
  • Keeping the home organized
  • Arranging home repairs
• Child-Related Duties (40%):
  • Assisting with morning routines
  • School and activity drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Helping with homework
  • Occasional babysitting and proxy parenting (paid extra)

Requirements

• EU/CH passport or valid Swiss work permit
• 3+ years of experience in a private home with similarly aged children
• Confident driver with a clean license
• Fluent in English or German
