Purpose
Aiglon College is an esteemed international boarding school located in the picturesque Swiss Alps, known for its commitment to providing a challenging and holistic education. Each summer, our Summer Camp welcomes over 500 students aged 8-16 from more than 45 nations, offering an inspiring and supportive environment.
Summer Camp staff play a vital role in contributing to the spirit of Aiglon and the overall experience of the camp. We expect our team members to be positive, enthusiastic, and dedicated to fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all participants.

Mission
We aim to provide Summer Camp students with an engaging and creative introduction to DJing and music production. We seek an individual who can share their expertise and inspire students through this rewarding activity.
- Conduct DJ-focused social evenings in 120-minute sessions, which will include:
- A live DJ set
- Mixing fundamentals: creating playlists and beat-matching tracks
- DJ controls and effects: utilizing EQ knobs and audio effects such as delay and reverb
- Turntable techniques: scratching and beat juggling
- Rhythm and performance skills, including finger drumming and rhythm exercises
- Explanation of DJ techniques
- Supervised student interaction and hands-on practice, ensuring a dynamic and engaging evening
- Provide fully supervised sessions utilizing professional equipment in a safe and structured setting.
- Offer a dynamic introduction to DJing that fosters musical listening, rhythm, and collaboration skills, creating a memorable and interactive experience that showcases both creativity and professionalism.
- Be available to conduct one evening session per week from 29th June to 27th July 2026.
Other Tasks and Responsibilities
- Carry out any additional tasks that may be reasonably assigned by the Director of Summer Camp to support the smooth operation of the program.
- Understand and adhere to all school policies and procedures, especially those related to the safeguarding of children and young people.
- Embrace the School’s Guiding Principles and uphold its ethos at all times.
