About the Business Unit Robotics
The Business Unit Robotics specializes in the development, production, and distribution of pipetting robots that automate liquid handling processes for a diverse clientele, including the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as cell and DNA research.
Your Role in Making a Difference
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Produce and edit captivating video content, such as product tutorials, interviews, and event coverage, to support our marketing and employer branding campaigns, as well as enhance our website and social media presence.
- Maintain consistent visual storytelling that aligns with our brand and company identity, effectively managing multimedia equipment and asset libraries.
- Track performance and engagement metrics, respond to audience interactions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure our messaging, tone, and visuals remain consistent with our brand values.
- Enhance Hamilton Robotics' social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, by planning, publishing, and monitoring engaging content that aligns with our marketing objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and corporate communications teams of Hamilton Robotics EMEA and Hamilton Bonaduz AG to align visual content with campaign objectives, contribute creative ideas, and adapt long-form materials into engaging short-form content for digital channels.
- Stay updated on content trends, video formats, and platform best practices.
- Contribute to enhancing the team's creative and technical capabilities.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, visiting clients, engaging important stakeholders across EMEA, and attending events, with travel time estimated at 5-10%.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in video and photo production, social media content creation, and platform management, preferably in a B2B or technical environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of LinkedIn and other social platforms’ best practices for both organic and paid content.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- Exceptional attention to detail in visual design and messaging.
- Experience with AI content creation platforms such as Synthesia.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing metrics is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an advantage.
