Job Opportunity: Multilingual Import Operations Executive

We are currently seeking a talented Multilingual Import Operations Executive on behalf of one of our esteemed clients in the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and Supply Chain industry. This is a full-time, permanent remote role, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in the UK or EU. The salary range for this position is between £45,000 and £55,000, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and possess proficiency in another European language, such as German, Polish, Italian, or Spanish. Ideal candidates will have approximately three years of experience in Freight or Logistics and demonstrate a solid understanding of import and export procedures within Europe. The successful candidate will manage the full shipment cycle for our B2B client base while maintaining constant communication with both customers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle documentation for international shipments via air, road, and ocean.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and suppliers.
• Accurately and timely update the company database.
• Ensure all invoicing from suppliers aligns with company terms and price limits.
• Uphold customer satisfaction and deliver the highest level of customer service.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
• 2-3 years of experience in an international freight forwarding role.
• Demonstrable understanding of European import and export procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Confidence in solving complex problems and the ability to work well under pressure.
