Education, Behavioral Competencies, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; advanced degrees (MS or PhD) preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance standards (FDA, EMA, ICH, etc.).
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools.
• Experience with statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple investigations.
• Project management experience, with a strong command of visualization tools.
• Excellent English language skills; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Experience with AI technologies for business transformation and excellence.

Business Excellence
