MSAT Product and Process Science Engineer
Roche Schweiz bridges the gap between pharmacy and diagnostics, with essential research and development functions based in Switzerland. We are seeking an MSAT Product and Process Science Engineer (80-100%) for our long-time client, Roche Diagnostics International AG in Rotkreuz.
Background
The Manufacturing Science & Technology Team (MSAT) operates within an agile framework, continuously enhancing the manufacturing of highly integrated sensors and cartridges (S&C). Our service scope begins with offering insights during the initial concept phase, transitions through efficient design transfers from development to routine manufacturing, and ensures robust product care throughout the entire lifecycle.
Organized into Sub-Networks, Squads form the core of our agile organization, supported by competencies managed in chapters. This dynamic structure allows us to adapt swiftly to changing priorities while meeting the evolving needs of the S&C organization. We promote agile methodologies and actively work to break down silos, fostering collaborative partnerships both inside and outside of operations.
Our commitment to mutual mentorship and continuous learning empowers every team member to develop their skills and contribute significantly to both the team and the broader organization. We tackle complexity by integrating unique expertise with data-driven insights, implementing standardized digital solutions, and embracing innovative technologies. Through these efforts, we uphold our core values of Courage, Transparency, Open-Mindedness, and a Can-Do Attitude. This cooperative teamwork ultimately drives the successful development and production of high-quality S&C products that meet our customers' needs throughout their lifecycle.
