What You Will Do
- Assume the role of MSAT Process Expert for the manufacturing of clinical or commercial bioconjugates, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of your assigned programs while complying with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines to maintain safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Play a crucial role in the network among different departments.
- Deliver all inputs required for your assigned programs from both a process and cGMP perspective.
- Manage the life cycle of your assigned programs, including technology transfers, scale-ups, and suite changes.
- Lead troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor and continuously optimize your assigned programs.
- Represent process MSAT during audits and inspections.
What We Are Looking For
- Master’s degree or PhD (or equivalent experience) in bioconjugation, biotechnology, chemical engineering, organic chemistry, or related fields.
- Preferred experience in bioconjugation and biopharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in bioconjugation or DSP (mammalian or microbial).
- Preferred cGMP experience.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Motivated, creative, agile, and open-minded.
- Eager to promote teamwork and inclusion.
