As an MSAT Bioconjugates Process Expert, you will play a vital role in the successful supervision, support, and lifecycle management of bioconjugate processes within Lonza’s facilities in Visp. What You Will Do

  • Assume the role of MSAT Process Expert for the manufacturing of clinical or commercial bioconjugates, ensuring execution within time, quality, and cost parameters while adhering to safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
  • Integrate with various departments as a crucial network contributor.
  • Deliver all necessary inputs for assigned programs from a process and cGMP standpoint.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of your programs, including technology transfers, scale-ups, and suite changes.
  • Lead process troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor, continuously optimizing your assigned programs.
  • Represent the process MSAT in audits and inspections.

What We Are Looking For

  • Master’s or PhD or equivalent experience in bioconjugation, biotechnology, chemical engineering, organic chemistry, or related fields.
  • Preferred experience in bioconjugation and biopharma manufacturing, preferably in bioconjugation or DSP (mammalian or microbial).
  • Preferred cGMP experience.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and within the organization.
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Motivated, creative, agile, and open-minded individuals.
  • Eager to foster teamwork and inclusion.
