About the Role

We are recruiting for one of our clients, a major player in the audiovisual industry, a talented Graphic Designer/Motion Designer to enhance their team and bring powerful, original visual content to life. Here, every project is an opportunity to push the boundaries of creativity and dive into a dynamic, constantly evolving environment. You will work at the heart of the action, live directing alongside a team of diverse talents on significant sports and news events. Note: Starting in June/July 2026, the position may relocate to the site in Écublens. Therefore, it is important to be open to a potential change of workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create dynamic, engaging visuals for digital content and broadcasts.
  • Adhere to and follow existing graphic guides while adding your creative touch.
  • Animate graphic elements for live broadcasts, collaborating with the directing team.
  • Participate in the development of innovative visual concepts for programs.
  • Ensure video editing of certain content upon request.
  • Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, particularly during live broadcasts.

What We Are Looking For

  • A graduate with a diploma (CFC or Bachelor's) in Graphic Design or Motion Design.
  • Proficiency in graphic production software (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
  • Strong graphic, visual, and digital culture with constant awareness of visual and media trends.
  • A keen interest in current events, sports, and media.
  • Effective stress management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Flexibility and availability to work weekends and irregular hours.
  • Ideally, a first experience in directing or live broadcasting.
  • Bonus: Skills in 3D, special effects, video, or illustration.
