How You Can Make an Impact

• You will work across a variety of industries, focusing predominantly on Life Sciences and Healthcare, Financial Services, Industrial Goods, and Consumer.
• Your projects may include analyzing the competitive landscape to support the launch of a new drug, developing growth opportunities for an industrial goods company, defining the digital transformation strategy for a private bank, or engaging in scenario planning to establish sustainable competitive advantages in a dynamic environment.
• You will expand your experiences swiftly by collaborating with seasoned Deloitte professionals and high-profile clients in flexible, agile team settings.

Who We Are Looking For

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• An incisive mindset, with confidence in structuring complex problems through analysis and frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret key drivers of business performance and develop cohesive strategic narratives with great attention to detail.
• An entrepreneurial outlook and mindset focused on innovation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a notable professional presence.
• A collaborative team spirit, characterized by a motivated, enthusiastic approach to tackling ambiguity and complexity.
• Fluency in English, with German as a preferred language; proficiency in coding languages (e.g., C#/C++, Python, R, SQL) is a plus.
• A willingness to travel occasionally.
• Excellent academic achievements from a leading university or business school, ideally with a Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Relevant internships or professional experience in strategy consulting or industry roles.
