As a Strategy Consultant, you will tackle complex business challenges and address the most strategic issues facing our clients. You will bring your innovative perspective to life within a collaborative team while developing transformative strategies across all organizational levels.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will work across various industries, with a particular emphasis on Life Sciences and Healthcare, Financial Services, Industrial Goods, and Consumer sectors.
• Your projects may involve analyzing the competitive landscape to support the product launch of a new drug, developing growth opportunities for an industrial goods company, defining the digital transformation strategy of a private bank, or engaging in scenario planning to identify sustainable competitive advantages for clients in a dynamic environment.
• You will gain diverse experiences by collaborating with seasoned international Deloitte professionals and high-profile clients, often in flexible and agile team settings.

Who We Are Looking For

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Incisive thinker with the ability to structure complex problems using concepts, analysis, and frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret key drivers of business performance and develop a cohesive strategic narrative, along with meticulous attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset driven by innovation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a notable professional presence.
• Experience in collaborative teamwork with a motivated attitude towards ambiguity and complexity.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is strongly preferred. Additionally, experience with coding languages (e.g., C#/C++, Python, R, SQL, etc.) is an asset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Excellent academic achievements from a leading university or business school, holding a Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Challenging internships or initial professional experience in strategy consulting or relevant industry roles.
