• Engage with a variety of industries, focusing primarily on Life Sciences and Healthcare, Financial Services, Industrial Goods, and Consumer sectors.
• Work on projects such as analyzing competitive landscapes for new drug launches, developing growth opportunities for industrial goods firms, defining digital transformation strategies for private banks, and engaging in scenario planning to find sustainable competitive advantages.
• Broaden your experience while collaborating with seasoned Deloitte professionals and high-profile clients in flexible and agile team settings.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek individuals with the following qualifications:

• Incisive thinkers who confidently structure complex problems using concepts, analysis, and frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills capable of interpreting key drivers of business performance and developing cohesive strategic narratives with exceptional attention to detail.
• An entrepreneurial and innovation-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presenting a notable professional presence.
• A collaborative team player, motivated and enthusiastic in navigating ambiguity and complexity.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is highly preferred. Experience in coding languages (C#, C++, Python, R, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Outstanding academic achievements, holding a Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Relevant internships, initial professional experience, or prior full-time roles in strategy consulting or related industries.
