Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and newly joined customers, helping them understand how Coface Mid Market solutions can benefit them.
Support clients with Mid Market contracts to secure long-term, profitable relationships.
Develop business within an existing B2B customer portfolio, either directly or through a broker network.
Engage in all up-selling and cross-selling activities.
Initiate, plan, and execute the policy renewal procedure, negotiating with customers and/or brokers.
Ensure all compliance requirements for new and existing business (KYC, KYI, and UBO processes) are met in collaboration with our back office and shared service center abroad.
Control, report, and manage customer consumption effectively.
Conduct regular visits to customers and brokers.
Actively gather market intelligence data.
Participate in external events.
Handle client and ad-hoc reporting, annual account planning, client meeting preparation, and regular client feedback reporting.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
Higher education degree (business school or university).
Proficient in IT tools: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
AFA Insurance Intermediary, Non-life Profile certification is mandatory.
Experience:
Proven experience in Account Management within the sale of financial services.
Competencies:
Fluency in German and English; proficiency in another language (French/Italian) is an asset.
Detail-oriented, precise, supportive, and client-focused.
Ability to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines, with a proactive, flexible, systematic, and anticipatory approach to problem-solving.
