Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and newly onboarded customers, guiding them on how Coface Mid Market solutions can benefit their businesses.
Support clients with Mid Market contracts and cultivate long-term, profitable relationships.
Develop business within an existing B2B customer portfolio, either directly or through a broker network.
Engage in all up-selling and cross-selling activities.
Initiate, plan, and execute the policy renewal process, negotiating with customers and/or brokers.
Ensure compliance with all requirements for new and existing business (KYC, KYI, and UBO processes) in collaboration with our back office and shared service center abroad.
Control, report, and manage customer consumption effectively.
Conduct regular visits to customers and brokers.
Actively collect market intelligence data.
Participate in external events.
Handle client and ad-hoc reporting, annual account planning, client meeting preparation, and regular client feedback reporting.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher (business school or university).
Proficiency in IT tools: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
AFA Insurance Intermediary, Non-life Profile certification is mandatory.
Experience:
Proven experience in Account Management within the financial services sector.
Competencies:
Fluency in German and English; proficiency in another language (French or Italian) is a plus.
Detail-oriented, precise, and client-focused individual.
Ability to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines, with a proactive, flexible, and systematic approach to problem-solving.
Results-driven and self-motivated.
