Pro Natura, a leading organization in independent funding, is supported by approximately 175,000 members. We are seeking an innovative individual to help us expand and digitally transform our relationships within the mid-donor segment.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Design and manage a fundraising program for mid-donors, focusing on digital engagement and exclusive events.
- Relationship Management & Journey: Create tailored hybrid journeys (both online and offline) that inspire and emotionally connect our donors with Pro Natura.
- Event Organization: Plan, organize, and lead events (e.g., exclusive project insights, lectures, and aperitifs) tailored to meet the needs of mid-donors.
- Digital Focus: Develop data-driven online campaigns, engaging content formats, and digital touchpoints.
- Upgrade Management: Utilize events and digital campaigns to identify potential mid-donors and target upgrades.
- Data Analysis: Monitor campaigns and events based on KPIs within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Expertise: Solid experience in fundraising (mid-donors/major donors) or key account management, along with proven experience in designing and organizing events.
- Digital & Methodological Skills: Advanced understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and project management.
- Social Skills: Excellent communication abilities, empathy, and hosting qualities. You should feel confident in both digital interactions and direct personal engagements.
- Self-Management: Strong organizational talent, a structured and independent working style, as well as flexibility for evening or weekend events.
