Your Future Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and enhance technical documentation, including work instructions, bills of materials, phase plans, and tools.
• Support workshops in deploying new products and improving existing references.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within workshops to address various challenges related to your role.

Your Profile:

• Possess a Technician ES diploma or a degree in engineering in micromechanics.
• Have a solid understanding of production environments.
• Ideally, bring experience from the watchmaking or microtechnology sector.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
• Exhibit organization, flexibility, and rigor in your work.
