Company Description

We are seeking a lead metal construction fitter for our client in the Zurich Oberland area. This metal construction firm, consisting of around 60 employees, operates across four production sectors within the construction and construction-related industry: general metal construction, aluminum shutters, gate construction, and a paint shop. The company values collaboration and team spirit, and they are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their assembly team in gate construction. In this forward-thinking environment, you will work closely with other fitters and project managers.

Job Description

• Lead an assembly team, independently assembling metal construction products and special constructions of all kinds according to plans.
• Coordinate assembly activities on-site in consultation with local site management, clients, and internal project management.
• Repair various metal elements.
• Conduct handover, instruction, and acceptance processes for clients.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a metal construction fitter (EFZ) or several years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in team leadership and assembly.
• Excellent knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
• Enthusiasm and interest in tackling demanding tasks.
• Category B driving license required; BE is advantageous.
