We are continuously seeking metal construction assistants, helpers, and facade installers for long-term temporary positions with our client—an established metal construction company in the canton of Lucerne.
Work region: Canton of Lucerne, Central Switzerland, and neighboring cantons. Currently particularly exciting: Assignments at a spectacular construction site on Mount Titlis at over 3,200 m above sea level. For this project, accommodation is completely covered by the client from Monday to Friday.
Job Description
- Installation of metal facade constructions
- Support in metal construction installations at construction sites
- Assembly of steel and aluminum components
- Work on scaffolding, lifts, and at heights
- General construction work in metal and facade construction
- Working hours: Monday to Friday
- Employment: Full-time
- Long-term positions with the option for permanent employment

- Students with manual skills
- Construction helpers with experience in metal construction
- Motivated career changers from the construction industry
We expect:
- Good physical fitness
- Ability to work at heights (work on scaffolding / facade installation)
- Motivation and a reliable work ethic
- Willingness for Monday–Friday assignments
- Manual skills
- Residence in the Central Switzerland region (no accommodation except for the Titlis project)
- German language skills are advantageous
