Job Description

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating effectively at various levels within project teams, client organizations, and sales departments.
  • Utilizing your software skills and experience to define client requirements accurately.
  • Establishing functional requirements through client interviews and documentation analysis, ensuring optimal interfaces between Syncade and other systems.
  • Developing detailed designs and implementing complex Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions, encompassing both hardware and software aspects, tailored to meet client needs.
  • Working alongside a skilled software engineering team to deliver assigned components of MES solutions using both custom-developed software applications and configured products.
  • Designing, implementing, and testing interfaces between Syncade and various other systems like LIMS or SAP.
  • Integrating the project environment with corporate and customer IT networks and security frameworks.
  • Installing and setting up MES-specific computer systems, including PCs, servers, networking hardware, and other equipment necessary for effective MES operations, such as weigh scales and barcode scanners.
  • Commissioning MES software applications, including both commercial and internally developed solutions, both in-house and at customer locations.
  • Managing the allocation of license keys and the installation of software upgrades and patches for MES systems.
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting application issues and liaising with internal Technical Support.
  • Coordinating technical matters related to the project with both the project team and internal/external clients to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensuring the technical accuracy of the software and the corresponding technical documentation.
  • Performing on-site visits to clients for design studies, acceptance testing, commissioning, and training.
  • Developing essential documentation required for validated facilities.
  • Supporting the sales organization in demonstrations, presentations, and engineering estimates.
