Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with project teams, client organizations, and sales personnel at various levels. Your expertise will help shape the future of our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), particularly with our Syncade solutions. Below are the primary responsibilities of the role:

  • Effectively collaborate within project teams and client organizations while interfacing with the sales team.
  • Utilize your software skills and experience to define client requirements.
  • Gather functional requirements through client interviews and documentation analysis, focusing on the interfaces between Syncade and other systems.
  • Develop detailed designs and implement complex MES (Syncade) solutions, encompassing both hardware and software that meet client specifications.
  • Work alongside an experienced software engineering team to deliver assigned areas of MES solutions utilizing both custom-developed software applications and configured products.
  • Design, implement, and test interfaces between Syncade and systems such as LIMS or SAP.
  • Integrate the project environment with the corporate and customer IT networks and security frameworks.
  • Install and set up MES-specific computer systems, including PCs, servers, networks, and various hardware products such as weigh scales and barcode scanners necessary for MES implementations.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of MES software applications, managing installations in-house and on customer sites.
  • Manage the allocation of license keys, including the installation of software upgrades and patches for MES systems.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting application issues, providing communication with internal Technical Support when necessary.
  • Interface and coordinate technical issues related to the project with both the project team and internal/external clients to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure the technical accuracy of software and associated technical documentation.
  • Conduct client site visits for design studies, acceptance tests, commissioning, and training sessions.
  • Develop documentation that meets the requirements of validated facilities.
  • Assist the sales organization with product demonstrations, presentations, and engineering estimates.
