Meeting Planner (m/f/d)

BCD Meetings & Events Switzerland is seeking a full-time Meeting Planner located in Zürich. In this role, you will be part of a project team responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, whether live, hybrid, or virtual. As the primary point of contact for our service providers and partners as well as operational stakeholders on the customer side, you will actively and passionately promote constant communication, ensuring all colleagues and service providers are equipped with relevant information. You will be responsible for maintaining budget accuracy and project targets, coordinating the tendering of service providers, and supporting our partners. During the execution of events, your attention to detail will ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning; experience with pharmaceutical clients is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management to handle multiple complex projects and schedules while meeting deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills, maintaining a confident and friendly demeanor at all levels.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
