Meeting Planner (m/f/d), BCD Meetings & Events Switzerland

Full-time position located in Zürich.

As part of a project team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting various types of meetings—whether live, hybrid, or virtual. Serving as the primary point of contact for our service providers and partners, as well as operational stakeholders on the client side, you will proactively promote continuous communication and ensure all relevant information is shared effectively. You will assist in maintaining project budgets and targets, oversee the tendering of service providers and trades, and ensure seamless execution of the events.

Your Responsibilities

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning; experience with pharmaceutical clients is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling you to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong team orientation, communication, and collaboration skills, with a confident and friendly demeanor at all levels.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
