Meeting Planner (m/f/d), BCD Meetings & Events Switzerland

Full-time position, located in Zürich

As a member of a project team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing meetings—whether live, hybrid, or virtual. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our service providers, partners, and operational stakeholders on the customer side, promoting constant communication and providing all relevant information with enthusiasm and expertise. You will help maintain project budgets and targets while ensuring adherence to them, coordinating the tendering of service providers and trades, and supporting partners to guarantee smooth event implementation.

Your Responsibilities

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning, with a preference for experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus is an advantage.
  • Your strong organizational and time management skills allow you to manage multiple complex projects and schedules while setting and meeting deadlines with ease.
  • You possess team-oriented, communicative, and cooperative skills, demonstrating a confident and friendly demeanor at all levels.
  • Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
