Job Opportunity: Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) to join our general medical practice in St. Gallen. This position is available by agreement and aims to enhance our patient care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in and organize consultations while scheduling appointments for doctors using electronic medical records and agendas.
- Welcome and care for patients during their visits.
- Conduct laboratory work, digital X-rays, EKG, spirometry, and 24-hour blood pressure measurements.
- Oversee the management of practice premises, pharmacy, and other essential materials.
Qualifications
- You are a trained MPA with relevant professional experience.
- Your personality is proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- You thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy working together with others.
- Curiosity about new technologies, processes, or projects is essential.
- You are well-versed in modern medical infrastructure.
