As a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) EFZ 80-100%, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, taking on both medical and administrative responsibilities. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be essential in delivering professional and efficient care. Our Nursing Office in Walenstadt connects qualified professionals with open nursing positions across various healthcare settings, including general practices, specialist clinics, and hospitals.

Your Responsibilities

• Reception, care, and coordination of patients within the practice
• Assistance during medical examinations, treatments, and minor procedures
• Conducting diagnostic measures such as blood draws, lab analyses, EKGs, and other medical tests
• Organizing and managing patient files, scheduling appointments, and handling billing
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards in the practice

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) EFZ
• Experience in a doctor’s practice, clinic, or hospital is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills, high emotional intelligence, and effective communication abilities
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
