As a Medical Practice Assistant MPA EFZ 80-100%, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations, undertaking both medical and administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for patients, you will ensure a professional and efficient care experience. Our Nursing Personnel Office in Walenstadt specializes in connecting qualified professionals with various nursing positions, including roles in general practices, specialist practices, and hospitals.
Your Tasks:
- Reception, care, and coordination of patients in the practice
- Assistance during medical examinations, treatments, and minor procedures
- Performing diagnostic measures such as blood draws, lab analyses, EKGs, and other medical tests
- Organization and management of patient files, appointment scheduling, and billing
- Ensuring hygiene and quality standards within the practice
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant MPA EFZ
- Experience in a doctor's office, clinic, or hospital is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with high social competence
- Excellent communication skills in German, both spoken and written
