Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Medical and personnel responsibility for an interdisciplinary intensive care unit
  • Ensuring high-quality care and continuous optimization of clinical processes
  • Professional support, development, and advancement of the medical and nursing teams
  • Participation in strategic projects and assuming background and on-call duties

Your Profile:

  • Board certification in General Internal Medicine, as well as Intensive Care Medicine or Anesthesiology
  • Several years of intensive care experience, enhanced by initial or robust leadership experience
  • Strong competence in employee management and a passion for knowledge transfer
  • High quality orientation, initiative, and strong communication skills
