TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop the local media and content strategy by category for consumers, shoppers, and healthcare professionals, adapting global guidelines in collaboration with the Management Team, Brand teams, and Trade Marketing.
  • Drive brand strategy across different media channels based on consumer journeys and available data, delivering state-of-the-art brand websites, SEO/SEA, social media strategies, and online media planning to achieve sales objectives.
  • Establish and lead new types of digital communication to engage consumers, identify emerging trends in digital marketing, and evaluate new technologies, providing strategic guidance to brand teams.
  • Own and manage media and content projects and initiatives, leading collaboration with cross-functional internal and external resources.
  • Contribute to the e-commerce channel strategy in collaboration with Sales, evaluating business potential and executing go-to-market plans.
  • Support Trade Marketing in developing strategies for engaging healthcare professionals and digital point-of-sale plans.
  • Set and monitor metrics that represent progress against digital goals, providing training and guidance to brand teams for digital activation tracking.
  • Ensure continuous capability building and education for the Marketing teams and relevant internal departments, actively engaging with global and regional digital teams to transfer strategies and capabilities to local brand teams.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, digital marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
  • A well-established background and experience in media and digital marketing projects, with a proven track record in OTC, FMCG, or digital-related industries.
  • Experience in media (especially digital media), content creation, and e-commerce.
  • A self-driven leader with the ability to manage multiple assignments and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented and networking mindset.
  • Convincing, persistent, and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • A digital native, open to new technologies like GenAI.
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is a plus.
