Job Description

As a Mechatronics Technician (Automation Technician, Electrical Installer, or Operations Electrician), you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of technical systems. You should be willing to work in a two-shift operation and respond to emergency calls as needed.

Your tasks will include:

• Timely processing of orders
• Support in facility management, carrying out all maintenance work on the building
• Repairs, service, and maintenance of machines, apparatus, and devices, along with their functional testing
• New installations in production and the building, including necessary connection work
• Guiding external craftsmen and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
• Maintaining maintenance logs and reports on daily work
• Actively contributing to the optimization of existing processes
• Supporting occupational safety and environmental management efforts

Expectations

We seek candidates who have completed vocational training as an automation technician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer, or possess comparable experience as an operations electrician. The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge in electrical engineering and facility management
• Mobility and residence within a maximum of 45 minutes by car
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or packaging industry is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
• Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel; SAP is a plus)
• Very good German language skills; knowledge of French and English is beneficial
• Team spirit, customer orientation, and resilience
• The ability to work independently and responsibly
• High motivation and excellent communication skills
• A confident and respectful demeanor, with flexibility and initiative
• An efficient and precise working style
