We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Mechanic for our long-standing client, a leading SME in the industrial sector. If you have a passion for machinery and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of buildings and machinery.
- Organize the operation workshop and manage spare parts inventory.
- Conduct repairs and overhauls of technically demanding systems.
- Plan and optimize improvement proposals and development opportunities for systems in collaboration with your team.
- Manage container operations and tool issuance as part of your varied tasks.
- Inspect and repair empty containers.
- Oversee the management of spare parts inventory.
Requirements
- Completed mechanical training as a mechanic, machine mechanic, or certified locksmith.
- Several years of professional experience in maintaining industrial plants.
- Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Category B driving license is essential.
- Forklift, construction machinery, and/or truck licenses are advantageous.
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, along with strong computer skills.
- Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential, along with a strong sense of order.
