Position Available
Mechanical Design & Workshop Manager
Your Main Tasks:
- Leading the mechanical design team and the workshop team
- Coordinating and closely collaborating with other departments (Process, Electrical, and Quality Assurance)
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring workflows
- Ensuring data management in ERP systems, bills of materials, and CAD
- Developing new products and improving existing products
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Your Profile:
- Completed technical education with further training in mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
- Technical understanding and hands-on mechanical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Problem-solving skills and a strong focus on quality
- Proficient in using MS Office and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks)
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage
