Your Responsibilities
- Perform disassembly, assembly, and inspection of aircraft engines (Pratt & Whitney 4000, CFM56, LEAP, GTF) and components.
- Adhere to technical procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and engineering teams.
- Complete all assigned tasks technically and administratively in accordance with regulations.
- Carry out assigned work in a timely manner while ensuring high-quality outputs.
Your Profile
- Specialized or broad experience in aircraft engines, particularly those with backgrounds in engine-specific platforms, general aviation, or high-precision mechanical industries.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
- Open-minded and dedicated team player.
- High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
- Good written and spoken English skills; German is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a shift model.
