Your Responsibilities
- Assembly of aircraft engines (Pratt & Whitney 4000 & CFM56)
- Technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with regulations
- Timely execution of assigned work while ensuring high-quality standards
- Application of Lean Method principles
- Continuous improvement of processes to enhance quality and safety
- Environmentally conscious management of resources
- Independent and economically minded decision-making
- Work in a 2-shift system
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic, automotive, or agricultural machinery mechanic
- Independent, accurate, and responsible work ethic
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good physical health, able to work under pressure, and flexible
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and self-motivation
- Proficient in German and possess good written and spoken English skills (level A2)
