Your Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft engines (Pratt & Whitney 4000 & CFM56)
• Complete all assigned technical and administrative tasks in accordance with regulations
• Execute assigned work on time while ensuring high-quality standards
• Apply Lean Method principles
• Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety
• Handle resources with environmental consciousness
• Demonstrate independent and economic thinking and action
• Work in a two-shift system

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic, automotive, or agricultural machinery mechanic
• Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good health condition with the ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Strong personal responsibility and self-motivation
• Good knowledge of German and proficiency in written and spoken English (level A2)
