Your Mission
The primary responsibility involves the inspection and measurement of vehicle components made of composite materials, along with associated individual parts, laminating molds, and fixtures. This will be conducted using advanced 3D measuring arms, 3D laser scanners, and handheld measurement tools.
- Control and identification of non-conforming parts.
- Preparation, documentation, and creation of detailed inspection reports.
- Recording of error reports in the quality management system.
- Cross-departmental collaboration for efficient solution development and implementation.
- Acting as the point of contact and support for various departments regarding measurement and technical drawing-related issues.
Your Profile
We are seeking candidates who have a successfully completed mechanical apprenticeship, accompanied by additional training in the field of quality assurance. AUKOM Level 1 & 2 certification is desirable.
- Experience with 3D measuring arms and Polyworks software.
- Proficient in using common handheld measuring instruments.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, particularly ISO GPS 8015.
- Structured, precise, and independent working style.
- High resilience and flexibility, with a willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
- Fluent in German or English, with a commitment to learning basic knowledge of the other language.
