Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for planning the assigned materials within the Medium- / Low-Speed Division in Baden, Switzerland, ensuring timely deliveries for our customers. Reporting to the Team Leader of Logistics & Operational Purchasing, you will play a vital role in our regional success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning of individual materials and turbochargers of the assigned TC types
  • Ensuring availability of materials for customer orders
  • Monitoring turbocharger and part-exchange program (PEP) orders in the Felios system
  • Capacity coordination with assembly and packaging teams
  • Maintaining master data of materials in SAP
  • Monitoring inventory levels and turnover rates
  • Scrapping materials with no demand
  • Verifying forecasts, safety stock, and logistics key data (SAP, Felios, GIB)

Your Background

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in material or order planning as a Material Planner
  • Strong knowledge of integrated ERP systems, especially SAP, GIB, EWM, and Felios
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • A collaborative and solution-focused mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German, with good knowledge of English
  • Further education relevant to your area of expertise is desirable
