Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for planning the assigned materials within our Medium- / Low-Speed Division in Baden, Switzerland, ensuring timely deliveries for our customers. You will report to the Team Leader of Logistics & Operational Purchasing, contributing significantly to our success in the region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan individual materials and turbochargers for the assigned TC types.
  • Ensure material availability for customer orders.
  • Monitor turbocharger and part-exchange program (PEP) orders in the Felios system.
  • Coordinate capacity with assembly and packaging teams.
  • Maintain master data for the materials in SAP.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inventory turnover rates.
  • Scrap materials that are without demand.
  • Review forecasts, safety stocks, and logistics key data (SAP, Felios, GIB).

Your Background:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in material/order planning, preferably in a Material Planner role.
  • Proficient knowledge of integrated ERP systems, specifically SAP, GIB, EWM, and Felios.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • A collaborative and solution-focused approach.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in German and good command of English.
  • Further education relevant to your area of expertise is desired.
