Your Crew

At our Nyon site, you'll join a dynamic team of 70 professionals. You will work closely with a planning team of three, collaborating hand in hand with the Project, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics teams, all located on-site. In this multicultural environment, you'll serve a global customer base and engage with a broad range of technologies. Your Mission

The Master Planner and Scheduler will be responsible for the scheduling of activities and projects:

  • Developing daily production schedules.
  • Highlighting a monthly/yearly vision.

Assessing workflows and value stream mapping of products includes:

  • Ensuring that materials are properly ordered and delivered to the job site.
  • Researching and analyzing suppliers, products, and plans to identify cost and logistics issues.
  • Assessing over or under capacity within various operations of the flow.
  • Focusing on possible bottlenecks within the flow.

Overseeing inventory levels of product lines/projects involves:

  • Managing inventory to maintain appropriate levels.
  • Monitoring and managing Work In Progress (especially of transformed parts).

Being accountable for the delivery dates both internally (within the company) and externally (towards the client) includes:

  • Securing and ensuring delivery dates towards the clients.
  • Coordinating the availability of raw materials and resources for the production process.
  • Preparing reports for management, clients, and customers.

Representing the planning team involves:

  • Assisting in conducting job cost analysis and tracking costs and profits along the value stream.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments and suppliers, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Creating and updating business unit/vendor and material lists, and updating databases with product specs and quantities.
  • Being the liaison for ERP projects within the company.

Your Story

  • Experience/Education in Supply Chain = APICS CPIM or equivalent.
  • Strong technical understanding of the challenges in Planning and Supply Chain.
  • Demonstrated leadership and assertiveness.
  • High sense of accountability.
  • Experience in using ERP systems (SAP).

Nice to Haves

  • Green Belt in Lean Management.
  • Experience in Automotive, MedTech, or Aerotech (No experience in Pet Food or consumable Goods industry).
  • Proficiency in additional languages (German, French, and Swedish) beyond English is a strong asset.
