Your Crew

Located in Nyon, our dynamic team consists of 70 members. You will join our planning team, which includes three professionals. You will collaborate closely with the Project Team, Purchasing Team, Production Team, and Logistics Team, all located on-site.

You'll work in a multicultural environment, serving a global customer base and engaging with a broad range of technologies. Your Mission

The Master Planner and Scheduler is responsible for the scheduling of the activities and projects under their responsibility:

  • Developing daily production schedules
  • Highlighting a monthly/yearly vision

You will assess workflows and value stream mapping of products under your responsibility:

  • Ensuring materials are properly ordered and delivered to the job site
  • Researching and analyzing suppliers, products, and plans to identify cost and logistics issues
  • Assessing over or under capacity within various operations
  • Focusing on potential bottlenecks within the flow

You will oversee the inventory levels of the product lines/projects under your responsibility:

  • Managing inventory to maintain appropriate levels
  • Monitoring and managing Work In Progress, especially of the transformed parts

You will be accountable for the delivery dates both internally (within the company) and externally (toward the client):

  • Securing and ensuring delivery dates toward clients
  • Coordinating the availability of raw materials and resources for the production process
  • Preparing reports for management, clients, and customers

Lastly, you will represent the Planning team to your colleagues:

  • Assisting in conducting job cost analysis and tracking costs and profits along the Value Stream
  • Coordinating with relevant departments and suppliers, and making recommendations for improvement
  • Creating and updating vendor and material lists, and updating the database with product specifications and quantities
  • Acting as the main contact person for ERP projects within the company

Your Story

  • Experience/Education in Supply Chain = APICS CPIM or equivalent
  • Strong technical understanding of the challenges in Planning and Supply Chain
  • Demonstrated leadership and assertiveness
  • High sense of accountability
  • Experience in using ERP systems, particularly SAP

Nice to Haves

  • Green Belt in Lean Management
  • Experience in Automotive, MedTech, or Aerotech industries is essential (no experience in Pet Food or consumable goods industry)
  • Proficiency in additional languages (German, French, and Swedish) beyond English is a strong asset
