Master Data Administrator - Food

As a Master Data Administrator - Food, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and quality of our article, supply, and customer data, ensuring the prerequisites for efficiency and precision in business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Populate product information with relevant and accurate details connected to the products in your area of responsibility, in accordance with established processes and information received from related functions.
  • Set up suppliers and customers in the system.
  • Ensure the overall completeness and accuracy of data information in your assigned area according to agreed deadlines.
  • Handle operational requests related to master data in a timely manner.
  • Secure adherence to business rules in relation to range change execution within your assigned area.
  • Actively contribute to the development of operational methodologies, tools, and share best practices through collaboration with various business stakeholders.
  • Promote a strong performance culture where deviations are identified early and addressed promptly.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A solid understanding of master data management, business controlling, and business information processes.
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations within the wholesale sector.
  • Proficiency in Office and related IT tools.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • A good or basic knowledge of project management.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
  • A passion for details, master data management, processes, business information, administration, and operational excellence.
