Master Data Administrator - Food

As a Master Data Administrator in Food, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and quality of our product, supply, and customer data. Your efforts will ensure the prerequisites for efficiency and accuracy in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Populate product information with relevant and accurate details associated with the products in your designated area, in accordance with the established processes and information received from related functions.
  • Set up suppliers and customers in the system, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Ensure overall data accuracy and completeness in your assigned area, adhering to agreed deadlines.
  • Handle operational requests related to master data in a timely manner.
  • Ensure business rules are followed regarding range change execution within your area of responsibility.
  • Actively contribute to the development of working processes, tools, and the sharing of best practices through collaboration with various business stakeholders.
  • Foster a strong performance culture where deviations are detected early and addressed promptly.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Solid understanding of master data management, business controlling, and related business information processes.
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations in the wholesale sector.
  • Proficient in Office applications and relevant IT tools.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Basic to good knowledge in project management.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate with all relevant stakeholders.
  • A passion for details, master data management, business information, administration, and operational excellence.

Finance Operations within ISAG Finance supports wholesale by ensuring an efficient and accurate data, payment, and settlement process for suppliers and service providers, along with compliant agreement administration.
