Responsibilities

As a key member of our culinary team, your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori items, including naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and other grilled dishes.
• Marinate meats and vegetables using authentic spices and traditional techniques.
• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain the tandoor (clay oven).
• Ensure food quality, consistency in taste, and timely preparation.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Manage ingredients and stock while assisting in menu development.
